We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data. If a specific app collects additional data, this is described in that app and on its store page.

• Contact details you send us. Your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you contact us by email, phone or through the website.
• App usage data. Device model, operating system and app version, crash reports, diagnostic logs and general statistics on how features are used.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type and server log entries generated automatically by our hosting.

02How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To operate and improve our apps and website, fix errors and keep them secure.
• To meet legal obligations under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

03Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services — such as hosting, analytics and crash-reporting providers — under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

04Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

05Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Send your request to founder@agzamovdigital.uz with enough detail to identify your data (for example, the email address or account you used). We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep certain records.

06Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
